Delicious Lasagna |
Lasagna Recipe
- 8 pieces of Lasagna, boil with water and 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 300 grams of ground beef
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
- 2 tbsp of Canola Oil
- 1 big Hothouse Tomato, blended into Tomato Juice (put into a blender with 1 cup of water)
- 1 cup of water
- salt, pepper, a bit of sugar and Oregano
- Ricotta cheese mixed/blended with 1 large egg
- Parmesan (optional), Mozzarella cheese for spreading

while boiling the lasagna, make the ground beef sauce:
Stir-fry minced garlic with 2 tablespoon of canola oil,until you smell the aroma, then put the ground beef and stir them well. Add 1 cup of water, add Tomato's Sauce or Juice and turn down the heat and let the ground beef boiled with Tomato's Juice/Sauce until it is fully cooked. You may add more Tomato's Juice/Sauce if you like. Add salt, Pepper, Sugar and Oregano as the final touch.

Cover the Lasagna with generous Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan and off course : Oregano!
Tips when making Lasagna:
- Do not over-boiled the Lasagna, just medium. And do not forget to put salt in the boiling water, trust me, the taste of Lasagna is better. Don't forget to put canola oil to avoid them being sticky to each other :) Drain them well and put in the plate one by one and do not stack them before arranging them in the bakeware pan.
- Sprinkle Oregano on the top will make an authentic taste of pasta. :)
- You may add Canned Tomato Sauce if you like.
