Benefit of Eating Avocado or Avocado Juice :
Do you know that eating Avocado or Alpukat is really beneficial for our health? Eating Avocado or Alpukat is really good for our heart and arteries. 1 cup of Avocado consists of 20-25 grams of total fat (good fat). One of them is Omega-3. Not only that facts, eating Avocado can also help our body absorbing Carotenoids in Carrots and other green leaves.
The most popular Avocado's dish is in the form of Juice. Alternatively, we could "slip" Avocado in salads or other dishes such as Sushi or even Pudding.
Eating Avocado or avocado juice:
- Scoop Avocado in a glass or put in a blender if you want to make Avocado juice.
- Add water about 1 cup
- Add palm sugar or brown sugar, as they have a low Glycaemic index (GI)
- Add a pinch of SALT (have you tried it? You may be surprised how salt can totally add "something" different to the flavour!) :)
