This Green Bean recipe is simple and delicious. Once, I bought Sauteed Green Bean in Chinese Restaurant. And it was so delicious and crunchy with a special taste. I tried it at home, but the Sauteed Green Bean's taste was different. After some trials, now I know the secret! It was the dried shrimp that enrich the taste!

Green Bean with Dried Shrimp:
When covering Sauteed Green Bean with a lid, the hot steam will "perfectly cook" the Green Bean, so the Green Bean will not be over-cooked (on the stove) and limp, but still fresh and crunchy.
