Egg tofu with mixed vegetables:
Ingredients and the cooking process of this delicious dish is just exactly same like Stir Fry Vegetables/Cap Cay Goreng.  However, for Sapo Tahu you use Japanese Egg Tofu, Shiitake Mushroom and more protein like chicken and shrimps and another seafood (Calamari/Squid or Mussels) if you like.
- Carrot, Bokcoy or Yukoy or any Chinese "Green" Vegetables
 - Red Pepper
 - Japanese Silk Tofu, slice and fry
 - 5 Shiitake Mushrooms (wash thoroughly and slice)
 - Shrimps, slices of chicken, Calamari Squid
 - 3 cloves of Garlics, minced
 - 3 tbsp of Oyster Sauce mix with 1 cup of water and 1 tsp Corn Flour or Maizena
 - Pepper and Salt
